The major task was specify PPG Signal Peaks, Many Preprocessing Techniques applied in signal to remove noise and clean it, then we implement an algorithm called qppg, it is adaptive algorithm work to specify peaks from onsets of each beat.
Deep Brain Stimualtion
DBS Technique for Parkinson Patient: Optimization Skull Array for Electodes position. Computational Finite Element Method (FEM) forward using COMSOL Software, to simulate the many components such as Electromagetic field, patient skull and electrodes array, to get the persolized parameters before Surgery and the Amplitude and frequecy of Electrical pulses Postsurgery and for follow-up sessions.
